This heritage, coupled with its superior recoil impulse, the 2K11 Pro translates perfect harmony between biomechanics and ballistics. Delivering the same world-class features as the 5-inch model, the 2K11 Pro features a 4.25” fluted, crowned barrel and rocksolid external extractor. Kimber’s GT Trigger delivers short travel, zero creep and crisp break between 3.0 and 4.0 lbs. The tool-less guide rod is a patent pending Kimber design that delivers ease of cleaning and disassembly. Kimber’s engineers pushed the limits with our enhanced sub-frame, for superior magazine fit and control. Grip module options include aluminum at a fraction of the competition’s price. The stainless-steel slide features a disconnector ramp for smoother operation. The accessory rail supports lights and lasers while the slide is equipped with TAG® Custom FiberLok 2 front sights and comes standard with a C&H® Precision optics plate for the Trijicon RMR family (other footprints available).
Po počiatočnom úspechu modelov 2K11 od Kimberu došlo k rozšíreniu rady o kompaktné verzie 2K11 Pro. Tie vo svojej konštrukcii zohľadňujú všetky skúsenosti nazbierané spoločnosťou pri výrobe jedno i dvojradových verzií nesmrteľnej Browningovej konštrukcie. 2K11 Pro sa vyznačujú podobne ako starší a väčší bratia vonkajším vyťahovačom, vynikajúcou hliníkovou spúšťou     GT Match Grade Trigger s krátkym a presným chodom bez drhnutia a minimálnym prepadom s odporom 3 – 4 libry , teda 1362 – 1816 g. Na rozdiel od základného modelu došlo k skráteniu hlavne na 4,25“, teda z pôvodných 127 mm na necelých 108 mm. Samozrejme došlo k adekvátnemu skráteniu záveru, ktorý teraz lícuje s prednou časťou dust coveru rámu. Hlaveň je rovnako ako dlhší vzor kanelovaná, hrubostenná Bull so zahĺbením ústia. Horná časť rámu z nehrdzavejúcej ocele je sériovo pre obe ráže vyrábaná s rampou. Každá zbraň je po vyrobení polotovarov v najmodernejších CNC obrábacích centrách individuálne zložená kvalifikovaným technikom, ktorý zodpovedá za voju prácu.
